Worst of all, it's been 16 matches now and Neil really

doesn't have a clue of his best 11 or best formation. Doesn't matter who the name is, you can only support a manager who is getting the best out of the talent he is given.
At this moment he is massively underachieving that missive.
Unfortunately the Board in their wisdom gave him a 3 year contract I believe. Can't see a buyout when they took the cheap option to start with.
