Have combined both in appointing an inexperienced manager who they will hang on to until it's too late.

I wanted Hootun gone before last Christmas and I took a lot of flack on hear when I criticised the Adams appointment. I was prepared to give him a chance but now I've seen enough.

He's had the squad and the money to do the job but just isn't up to it.
