These places were good last time we went about 3 years ago:

FCC Happy Hour ? 5-7pm. www.fcccambodia.com/phnom_penh/boutique-hotel.php

Russian Market ? all sorts of things for sale and an interesting local food section.

Street 57 ? lots of good restaurants. Street 51 looked good also.

Khmer Surin restaurant on 57.Great food in a stunning setting. They don?t take credit cards.

Goldie Guest House ? where we stayed in PP. On 57, opposite Khmer Surin.

www.goldieguesthouse.com ? clean and comfortable. Wi-fi. Ticket purchase etc.

Anise restaurant/guest house, also on 57. Good food.
