I find this fascinating. When the Rover Longbridge Plant closed, they just left as if it

was the end of a normal day, ready to return the next day.

Cars left on the assembly line, complete cars, partially built cars, car parts, fixtures and fittings, computers left switched on, coffee mugs on the desks etc. Also, test vehicles, prototype vehicles, office stuff, paperwork all just left behind -
