even more dullness than I usually srve up.

But 5-burner hob, double oven, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer to go downstairs, and taps. Mrs H still meandering through sinkworld hell - I'm leaving that to her.

Oh, and when it's all done and dusted, gonna treat myself to some kind of coffee machine, to replace the stove-top pot we've been using for years and years. Have to decide whether to get a full-on bean to cup thing, or just stick with using grounds (or buy separate grinder). But that's a luxury for when it's all over....
