Just watched the full match from last night and was impressed

especially with our midfield which had total domination of the game until Johnson came on. Jerome's best game in ages too. I think the biggest difference overall though was that Bolton actually tried to play against us, not very well but they tried to have a go. If you look at the first half especially, they are pushing quite high up and leaving space in behind, which we took advantage of for the first goal. Some of our passing and moves were excellent, best in a long while.

So it is great we have finally got a home win again but I fear we might still have problems at home against sides that just sit back and defend.

Our defence is still a big concern as well. I have never quite got Martin Olsson, he is very overrated and his defending for their goal last night was just dreadful. Whittaker was good going forward but once again terrible positioning at the back nearly led to Clayton scoring soon after he had come on.
