My wife's birthday tomorrow and I am going to miss our match I think

i suggested an idea for the afternoon that I never thought she would go for (I was bluffing in the hope she would want to do something at lunch or in the evening so I could sneak away and watch our match in the afternoon) but lo and behold she loves the idea...which is good news and bad news for me.
