I'll be happy with Worthington when

a/ He realises Hughes is nowhere near good enough to play at this level
b/ His transfer dealings are better and we start signing young hungry players as opposed to journeyman pros.
c/ His teams play more positively
d/ We can work out how/why he has made that bizarre substitution that has us all saying "why"??
e/ He makes the best of our limited resources.
f/ We sign a right sided midfielder

Until he starts to work out some of these very basic things, he will not have my support as team manager.
