He has a bad day there admittedly. But he does have a proven track record of

good finishing over several years.

I'm not saying he won;t miss by the way i'm just saying why various of us are keen to see Hooper given a chance.

I thought when we signed him last season he should be our main striker and I was bemused as to why Hughton kept persevering with RVW at his expense. I don't really feel that since he;s been at the club he's ever been given a proper run in the team, when set up to play in a manner that suits him and when fully fit. There may be question marks over his fitness but he looks in better shape in recent weeks and i think it would be a big mistake not to give him a start or two, especially when our other strikers are misfiring a bit.
