Yes. I agree with that.

Much of what the Bigfeller says is right but it's unpleasant to acknowledge it. The paradox is that much of what makes City the excellent, likeable club that it is, is also what makes us so frustrating.

The main thing is that we are a club run by, on the whole, decent people and that is, in certain ways, a hindrance.
