My concern

We are 14 games in and he doesnt know what formation to use. When i saw the one on tuesday it was the formation and the exact players id wanted to see i.e grabban dropped, johnson dropped, murph brought in.

Didnt work that night but not due to lack of effort or chances, so he changes it for today, a dimond only works with hoolhan on top form, but if hes injured stay the f**k away from it.

Give a formation a chance and the players to learn it and their roles as this is starting to feel like graham taylor and his 'experiments' fiasco of 93/94
