My mate told me a tactic that works

the next time you catch someone doing, casually mention the topic a couple of days later and say something like "have you noticed only sex offenders makes videos in portrait" they will quickly check their phone and realise their mistakes and NEVER EVER FUCKING DO IT AGAIN.
