We have one or two years of para payments & being able to get players

of lower Prem/top six Champ quality.

Our players aren't world beaters but the difference between us and most teams - even those near the top - is the sheer depth of *good* talent at our disposal. We don't have a really strong 16 then squad players. We have, in theory, a strong 25. But I wonder if that's part of the problem. Was always going to be very tough to keep 25 players who all think they should walk into a Champ team happy.
