Whilst on the subject of umbrellas, where can i get a sword stick from?

I've always wanted one. There was a children's TV programme on when I was little where a villain had a sword stick. The villains way of contacting each other was through puppets displayed in a toy shop window.

Did Adam Adamant have a sword stick?
