with respect, do you know anything about him?

He could be having problems settling, he could be playing bloody dreadfully in training. Do you really just want him playing because he is good on paper?

This always happens when there are a few defeats "x isn't playing, he must be the answer"

For example at Centre Back, loads slating R Martin, yet the new guys have been total gash whenever they've played.
