Logistical question

If the car has been run recently, rendering the exhaust pipe pleasantly warm, is there not a risk that as the pipe cools (with concomitant contraction) one might suffer penile entrapment?

Even absent this woeful fate, after the act on starting the car is anyone standing behind it showered with porridge?
