There have always been nutters

But the percentage and real numbers of those living on the poverty line have vastly increased -so has the number of valuable consumables (mobile, credit card, laptop, tablet, sat nav etc etc) and thus so has crime such as burglary...... I certainly remember my parents not locking their car whilst at a fuel garage or shops, and also popping out shopping and not locking the door....
