it's too easy/simplistic to blame the players though

it's the entire system that is at fault. from how we coach kids teams, facilities etc.

the players are just the end result of that system. poland are an example of how a nation looked at what was wrong, what their limitations were (cash) and how they could improve things (cheaply). last night might be evidence of that working.
