FAO Tony Martin offofonhere

I am PAYE but just had 5 x P800 underpayment requests turn up and a completed DD Form saying they are going to take money from my bank (I didn't fill in the DD instruction they seem to have completed this on my behalf!)

I have tried loodsa times phoning them to find out what's going on but they go through loads of automated checks and waffle then cut you off (cnuts)

I feel like crying

Any suggestions gratefully received! (not 9 or Bristol though)
