Despite it being patchy and poorly remembered my knowledge of the history and beliefs of the catholic church, and the bible come to that, is strangely much more comprehensive than either my catholic rasied and schooled Mrs and sister-in-law. How on earth did the catholic schools let that happen? I'm a godless heathen, for f**ks sake.
