but the email is pretty damning, however i do agree

in my case tho my old boss used the most trendy/expensive lawyers in Newcastle (where head office was based) so every letter my solicitor sent was paid for by my insurance and every reply he had to send cost him ?300 he gave up pretty quickly after about 5 letters in quick succesion lol
