He could almost be the best thing for Lambert's Villa being an assistant. If he barks the willies up that squad whilst Lambert deals with everything else, they could have a pretty decent relationship

Would have laughed in the summer when he joined Villa, but if he can openly talk about how he's done things wrong, then he's a better man than he thinks
