I am trying very very hard to concentrate on some quite tricky state persistence in an ASP.NET application (webforms, ugh, just don't, I literally cannot even) and a doctor has just said "vaginal delivery" three times within fifteen seconds, in my left ear.

It's not easy. It really isn't.
