In behind our slow, disorganised defence on 3 or 4 occasions with worrying ease. They were much more positive than Charlton.
But I agree re the 4-2-3-1. At present we are trying to accommodate Wes and Grabban because Adams doesn't feel he can drop either and feels under pressure to play 2 strikers to be seen to be "attacking". You can actually play Grabban as one of the 3 in the 4-2-3-1 though if want to keep him in the side.
Oh and drop Hoiveld, bring back Tettey and for gods sake give VOO a chance for a few minutes in a game in his proper position.
