Yep. Leave the kettle 30 seconds after boiling, just to come off the boil.

I quite like Yerba Mate which is a south american green tea (different plant to tea tea, mind). Teapigs loose leaf yerba mate is what I get.

I am quite a hardcore ponce wrt tea though, so y'know, ymmv.
