Privatising the NHS is a big one, though.

One of my family members is a GP and he's spitting teeth about Cameron's proposals for extended surgery times. Not because he's lazy, but because he already does 14/15 hour days as it is, and this will only make it worse.

Regardless of how useless Milliband is, Cameron is an utter tool. His party's plans seem to be to run down the NHS and wages to create an even wider gap between the rich and poor. New Labour accelerated this process - and it's hard to forgive them for that - but the Tories/ConDems (delete as appropriate) have helpfully made things a whole lot worse.
