Roeder because he was a complete a**ehole which is why

He does well for about a year before becoming largely hated at the clubs he's at.

Hughton because he simply wasted what was a fantastic opportunity for us to consolidate our place at the top table but also because the soul destroying nature of his regime took away from many of us the enjoyment of watching our team. That to many fans is unforgiveable.
