notmean. Grant and Gunn were decent guys out their depth. Roeder did well at first but then attempted to bring the club to its knees as he systematically tried to divide coaching staff, players and fans ; eventually pitting them against each other. Roeder's policy of constantly bringing in loan players was exactly the opposite of what the club needed at the time. He did it because he had knowledge of youth team players at the top clubs but had no knowledge of any decent players plying their trade below us.
