Burnley, its pretty clear what their plan is.

get promotion but dont spend redic amounts. They have already accepted they have a high probability of relegation.
Their fans probably hate this plan but its a fiscal reality of running a club like Burnley. By doing this and not pushing the boat out they can guarantee the financial safety of the club going forward.

The counter argument is that spending will keep you up......as we have seen that is not guaranteed. QPR are one example and are also struggling this season.

I feel sorry for their manager as he is given a very difficult task to say the least.
If he keeps Burnley up he should be Manager of the season without a doubt.
