I think it's easy to underestimate the potential for teams to go on good runs

in this division.

There are teams up there at the moment who will fall away, but there are others who I think will be stronger in due course. Derby and Middlesbrough for me, personally.

Confidence and focus are our biggest challenges. Talent and ability alone will not get us through 46 games.

But yes, we *have* to do it.
