Being ultra critical though - Neyal needs to resolve the complacency thing. Whatever they say about not being over confident these players clearly think they can coast some games and only wake up once stirred by an half time hairdryer or an opposition goal.

Can do it against sh*t like Blackpool but against the likes of Forest, Derby etc we can;t risk it.
