That formation has only really worked for 45 minutes of the season; away at cardiff when they sat deep. We could have been a couple of goals down at half time against brentford, and we were against birmingham.

Grabban out and either lafferty, odjidja or Murphy onto the wing. Whoever Neil thinks would work the hardest - maybe lafferty, even though his temperament worries me.
