3 times caught means 3x3=9 points. Its 12 for a ban....

And you say 3oints are old/never put on (so either total of 6 points if they never recorded them...)

I'd ask DVLA to issue a new license ( say old one lost) will cost a few quid but they may issue you a clean one..... Then you'll prob get 6 points for the last two speeding fines which will prob cost ?100 each OR you may get a chance to do a speed awareness course at ?120 but saves 3 points.....
