I don't think he will be a replacement for Wes

I agree with you. I'm hoping that eventually he can be the more "creative" version of Johnson and mean we can play 4-4-2 sometimes without losing too much passing ability

That said he's an attackingish midfielder so I think if Wes was not fit would be the obvious one to come in.

Ii guess he will get 90 minutes on Tuesday and we will start to see what he can do. Mcgrandles as well. Quite where Howson also fits in now he's back will also be interesting!
