safe to say no one would have heard anything even if I'd been s**tting dynamite.
Embarrasingly the door jammed though and after my plaintive cries for help went unheard I had to hurdle head first over the top (very small gap) - luckly I'm a slim jim... or was then... so escaped with just a few minor fractures.
