I think Adams is just showing common sense mainly. Most of it is not

rocket science but he's shown he is learning and has generally made the right decisions when required.

Most importantly though he (or one of the coaches) seems to be able to get a reaction from the players with his half time team talks. Came out like a train again after the interval last night.
