Good. Not just me then. *A BIT SPOILERISH*

Yes the boy was remarkable. Dead pan doesn't begin to describe his dark bewilderment. Astonishing.

Loved the neat linking to Airey Neave, Three-mile Island etc - but the sheer beauty of the production, the photography - I've never seen a historical period reproduced to LOOK so realistic and believable.

How often are we expected to accept and buy in to the era of something on tv simply on the basis of different hairstyles and clothes? This just SMELLED of the 70s.

Just one of the best hours of tv ever.
