I've always been more of a tea-drinker

Twinings Earl Grey is my poison of choice.

But for some reason I drink coffee on my way to and from work and while there. Kenco seems perfectly OK to me. Do you roast and grind each bean individually or something? Always sounded like such a faff to me.
