Wroth help

Does anyone know anything about pop telecom? Looking to change ISP provider and they appear to have a very well priced offer, and I can't find anything negative about them in the internet. A good sign, because some other small ISP providers have terrible customer service reviews. Has anyone got internet with them or heard good or bad things?
