Can't be murder as such as did not set out to kill girlfriend. However, by shooting 4 times thru a locked door was clearly gonna kill someone. If it HAD been an intruder, that would be ok and walk away fre BUT it was gf therefore will be culpable murder (manslaughter in UK law)

Is my understanding anyway
