yes - think he will get done for one of the lesser strands just thought

the comment from the judge was interesting because it will be quite rare that there will never be any possibility at all that the defendant is telling the truth - almost implies that there has to be 100% certainty for a guilty verdict. Perhaps that applies to the most serious count of murder.
