I've always found you pay more for the area than anything else, when I was looking...

looked at some places off Unthank road which were same as I pay here, just awful for what you get, but nice area. Whilst Rosary road is a dodgy old place, police most nights chasing the punters and dealers but the flat is nice. But - it's near the hallowed turf of Carra rud which is a bonus for me!
