When I look at the playlist on Spotify on my iFoon I get an "Available Offline" switch

If I turn that switch "on" (green) it'll download all of the tracks.

If you don't get that switch - perhaps offline playlists is a Premium Subscriber feature? I pay ?10pcm for my Spotifys.
