Wasting an appeal for the sake of it = No appeal next game

Any team with more than 5 bookings in a match = no appeal next match

Manager sent to the stands = no appeal next game

Any manager banned to the stands for any amount of games = no appeals in the games for that ban

Get everyone behaving with the threat of sanction :)
