managers, clubs and sponsors will want it for the biggest decisions. Offsides are going to be an interesting one...when does the ref blow his whistle? Same with goals that are ruled out for fouls on the keeper which are one of the most common incorrect decisions. Team A wants to appeal the decision as they know they didn't foul the keeper but the ref did blow his whistle so Team B claim they stopped when they heard the whistle so it would have never been a goal anyway.
