In the end, it is actually the Tory party that have failed to maintain any meaningful

presence in Scotland. You can clearly argue that that is what has set the scene for all this really - increasing feeling that for at least one government in two, the Scots are governed by a party which has no role there.

Guess Tories should be asking themselves how and why that happened.
