Why don't people say hello, wave, or simply nod any more? The number of times I greet a rider going the other way on the Norwich to Hethersett cycle superhighway with a nod, or a "Morning!" or a raised hand only to be met with stony silence or staring straight ahead as if I were wearing cycle Lederhosen is frankly embarrassing.
Simple f**king courtesy. Wankers.
