Practical work toilet advice?

Bit of a dilemma. Am sitting on the throne at work but coming in the door the boss hijacked and spoke to me. So the bloke in the cubicle next to me knows it is me. What am I meant to do? Hold it in and percentage fartage until he departs? Or let it go big time and hope it impresses?
