This twitter account keeps popping up in my 'who to follow'

Nearly 800 followers so must worth taking a look at.

Oh! Every single one of their tweets is a retweet and they appear to have absolutely nothing to say for themselves.

So why so many followers? I must say I am absolutely stumped...
