So we just keep paying him god knows what, while there is this stalemate

The club waiting for him to apologise and prove he is committed or whatever before they will even consider putting him anywhere near the first team squad.

Who is this benefitting?

If, what he has done is so bad, why isn't he on some kind of disciplinary? Is this completely casting him aside his disciplinary? But, to what purpose?
